Terms of Service

EdgeLab provides market data, calculators, a trade journal, AI analysis, backtests and other tools for information and education only. We are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, financial planner or tax adviser, and we are not registered as any of these.

• Nothing on EdgeLab is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any coin, token, contract or other asset.
• Crypto and prediction markets are highly risky. You can lose some or all of the money you put in.
• Backtests and past performance don't predict future results.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for following the laws where you live, including whether you may use prediction markets.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Give us accurate information, and tell us through our contact page if you think someone else has accessed your account. You can change your details or delete your account at any time in Account settings.

Some tools are free. Free accounts also get one AI trade analysis or thesis check every 24 hours. Pro unlocks unlimited AI tools and the Pro-only features listed on our pricing page. We may add, change or remove features over time.

• Prices: Pro costs $19 per month or $149 per year, plus any sales tax that applies. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Free trial: each account can start one 7-day free trial, with no card needed. If you subscribe during your trial, your first charge happens when the trial days run out.
• Launch offer: new subscribers who have never had an EdgeLab subscription get 30% off their first payment when they subscribe by December 31, 2026. Later payments are full price.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically each month or year and your card is charged at the then-current price until you cancel.
• Switching plans: moving between monthly and yearly takes effect at your next renewal.
• Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, we retry your card automatically and you keep Pro while we retry. If payment can't be collected, the subscription ends and Pro is removed.
• Cancelling: cancel anytime on the Billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Your first payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request it from the Billing page within 14 days of being charged; you'll get a full refund and Pro ends straight away.

Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Cancelling stops future renewals.

AI analysis is generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Market prices and prediction market odds come from third-party sources (such as CoinGecko, CoinPaprika, Coinbase and Polymarket) and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Always check important information yourself before you trade.

Some links on EdgeLab are affiliate or referral links. If you sign up with a partner through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partner products are provided by those companies under their own terms; we don't control them and aren't responsible for them.

If you connect an AI assistant (such as ChatGPT or Claude) to your EdgeLab account, it can read your account data and take the actions you approve, like logging a trade. You're responsible for what your connected assistants do, and you can disconnect them at any time from the assistant's settings.

Please don't:

• Break the law, or use EdgeLab to mislead, defraud or manipulate others or any market.
• Try to get around Pro limits, free-use limits or security measures, or access other people's accounts.
• Scrape, copy, resell or overload the site or its data, or use automated tools in ways that harm the service.
• Upload anything harmful, such as malware.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

EdgeLab, its design, text, code and tools belong to James Campbell. You may use them for your own personal trading research. Your journal entries, notes and other content stay yours; you give us permission to store and process them only to run EdgeLab for you.

EdgeLab is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of EdgeLab. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid anything.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs brought against us because of your misuse of EdgeLab or your breach of these terms.

You can stop using EdgeLab and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service. If we shut EdgeLab down, we'll stop future renewals and give reasonable notice where we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll give notice on the site. Continuing to use EdgeLab after a change means you accept the updated terms.
