Privacy Policy

• Account details: your email address, display name and sign-in method. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• What you put into EdgeLab: journal trades and notes, watchlist items, price alerts, trade ideas and theses you send to the AI tools, and the results.
• Subscription details: your plan, trial dates and payment status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
• Messages and sign-ups: your name, email and message when you use our contact form or join a partner waitlist.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site running, secure and to understand overall usage.

• To create your account, sign you in and provide the tools you use.
• To run AI analysis on the ideas you submit and save your results.
• To process payments, manage trials, renewals and refunds, and handle sales tax.
• To answer your messages and send important account or billing notices.
• To prevent abuse, fix problems and improve EdgeLab.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only share it with service providers that help us run EdgeLab, and only what they need:

• Stripe — payments, receipts and sales tax.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores your account and data and runs the site.
• AI model providers — receive the text you submit to the AI tools, along with market data, to produce your analysis.
• Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Market data providers (such as CoinGecko and Polymarket) don't receive your personal information. If you connect an AI assistant to your account, that assistant can read your EdgeLab data under its own privacy policy. When you click a partner link, the partner handles your data under its own policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect EdgeLab and its users.

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember simple preferences. We don't use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. Our hosting provider may record basic, aggregated visit statistics.

We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account, we cancel any subscription and erase your profile, journal, watchlist, alerts, AI results and subscription records.

Stripe keeps payment and tax records as the law requires. Contact messages and partner waitlist sign-ups are kept until they're no longer needed, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

• See and change your name, email and password in Account settings.
• Delete your account and data yourself, also in Account settings.
• Cancel your subscription or get your receipts on the Billing page.
• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything else we hold, through our contact page (choose "Privacy or data request").

Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy laws. We'll honor valid requests and won't treat you differently for making one. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Your data is sent over encrypted connections, and our database rules make sure each account can only reach its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

EdgeLab is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has an account, let us know and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we'll give notice on the site.
