Connect EdgeLab to your AI assistant
Let ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant check live markets and work with your journal, watchlist and alerts — as you, after you sign in.
Your EdgeLab connection link
Paste this into your assistant when it asks for a server or connector URL.
…You'll be asked to sign in to EdgeLab and approve the connection. The assistant only sees what your account can see.
Connect
- Open ChatGPT's Apps settings and turn on Developer mode (read the notice shown there). If you can't see it, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
- Open the New plugin dialog.
- Enter EdgeLab as the name and paste your connection link (above) into the URL field.
- Review the details, tick "I understand and want to continue" (ChatGPT shows this for every custom server), then click Create and sign in to EdgeLab when asked.
- Turn on EdgeLab from the chat box, then ask ChatGPT something like "What's in my EdgeLab watchlist?"
Get the latest features
Assistants remember what EdgeLab can do. When we add something new, refresh the connection to pick it up.
- Open ChatGPT's Plugins page and select EdgeLab.
- Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
- ChatGPT can't change a saved link. If the link above changed, delete EdgeLab from Plugins and connect again.
- Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use EdgeLab.
Don't have an account yet? Sign up free first — the assistant acts as you, so it needs an EdgeLab account to sign in with.
